How to Set Up Fleet Reports

What are Fleet Reports?

Reports are a summary of your fleet’s activity for the past day, week, or month. They log information like number of trips, total distance driven, total fuel used, etc. After you create a report, you can generate them on-demand or have them emailed to you or people you choose on an automatic schedule. 

What information is in a report? 

    • Number of trips over the reporting period
    • Duration driven
    • Distance driven
    • Fuel used
    • Overall fuel efficiency
    • Number of driving alerts during the reporting period
    • Trip date
    • Trip start time
    • Vehicle
    • Duration driven
    • Distance driven
    • Fuel used
    • Fuel efficiency
    • Max speed
    • Number of driving alerts per trip

Web App Instructions

Step 1. Log in to All Aware Desktop App

Step 2. Click Fleet on the left sidebar

Step 3. Click Reports on the top navigation

Step 4. Click + New Report

Step 5. Click Fleet Trip Report

Step 6. Rename the report to a descriptive name, e.g. "Weekly Fleet Trip Report" (default: "Fleet Trip Report") 

Step 7. In Timeframe, select how often you would like to receive reports for your fleet

  • This option generates a report of yesterday's fleet activity and is delivered every morning.
  • This option generates a report of last week's fleet activity and is delivered every Monday.
  • This option generates a report of last month's fleet activity and is delivered on the 1st of every month.

Step 8. In Recipients, click the + Add button

Step 9. Select the entries in the Address Book to notify, or click the + New Contact button to add a new Address Book entry

Step 10. Click Close to confirm the recipient(s) to receive the report

Step 11. Click Save

If you would like to receive more than one type of report, or all three, simply repeat these steps and ensure the timeframe is set to the correct period for each report. 

 

Mobile App Instructions

Step 1. Log in to the All Aware app on your mobile device

Step 2. Tap the More icon in the bottom right

Step 3. Tap Reports

Step 4. Tap the + icon in the top right

Step 5. Tap Fleet Trip Report

Step 6. Rename the report to a descriptive name, e.g. "Weekly Fleet Trip Report" (default: "Fleet Trip Report") 

Step 7. In Timeframe, select how often you would like to receive reports for your fleet

Step 8. In Recipients, tap the drop-down menu and select the recipient(s) to notify

Step 9. (Optional) Tap the + Create Recipient button to add a new Address Book entry

Step 10. Tap Close or Create to confirm the recipient(s) to receive the report

Step 11. Tap Save
