What is Trip History?
Trip history is a view of past trips your vehicles have taken. You can view individual trips and see their start and end location, fuel used, max speed, efficiency, and number of driving alerts. Continue reading to learn how to access trip history for your fleet.
Access Trip History: Desktop App Instructions
Step 1. Log in to All Aware Desktop App
Step 2. Click Fleet on the left sidebar
Step 3. Click Trip History on the top navigation
Access Trip History: Mobile App Instructions
Step 1. Log in to the All Aware app on your mobile device
Step 2. On the home screen, in the card labeled Cars, tap the arrow icon
Step 3. Tap the Vehicle Selector to select the vehicle you would like to view trip history for
Step 4. Tap Trips to view trip history for that selected vehicle
View Specific Trips: Desktop App Instructions
Step 1. Follow the desktop app instructions above to access the trip history page
Step 2. Click on any trip to pull up a detailed view of that trip
Step 3. View trip details
- You can view start and end location
- You can zoom and move around the map
- You can see fuel used, max speed, efficiency, and driving alerts for that trip

Step 1. Follow the mobile app instructions above to access the trip history page
Step 2. Click on any trip to pull up a detailed view of that trip
Step 3. View trip details
- You can zoom and move around the map
- You can view fuel used, max speed, and efficiency for that trip
- If there are any alerts for the trip, you will see a red triangle. Click on the red triangle to view the alerts
How to Search, Filter, and Export Trip History: Desktop App Instructions
The ability to search, filter, and export trip history is available on the desktop app only.
Step 1. Log in to All Aware Desktop App
Step 2. Click Fleet on the left sidebar
Step 3. Click Trip History on the top navigation
- Click the search box to easily search for all trips taken by a specific vehicle
- Click the Filters dropdown to filter trips by vehicle and/or date range
- Click the blue Export icon to download a CSV file of trip history.
To filter the information in the report, click the Filters dropdown, add filters for the desired date range and vehicles, and click the blue Export icon.
