You can cancel your entire subscription, or cancel service for one device while keeping other devices active. After you cancel, your device will continue to have service until the end of your billing period.
Cancel Your Entire Subscription: Desktop Instructions
Step 1. Log into the All Aware Account Manager
Step 2. Click Subscription on the left sidebar
Step 3. To cancel your entire subscription, click the red button Cancel subscription
Step 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your subscription cancellation
Cancel Your Entire Subscription: Mobile Instructions
Step 1. Log into the All Aware Account Manager
Step 2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner
Step 3. Tap Subscription on the left sidebar
Step 4. To cancel your entire subscription, click the red button Cancel subscription
Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your subscription cancellation
Cancel Individual Device's Subscription: Desktop Instructions
Follow these steps to cancel service for individual device(s) while keeping other devices active.
Step 1. Log into the All Aware Account Manager
Step 2. Click Devices on the left sidebar
Step 3. Under Devices, click the 3 dot icon next to the device to cancel service for that device
Step 4. Click Deactivate device
Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your individual device subscription cancellation
You can repeat these steps to cancel service for more devices.

Follow these steps to cancel service for individual device(s) while keeping other devices active.
Step 1. Log into the All Aware Account Manager
